About Me
My name is Sadie VanNatter, and I am a Marketing student at Miami University’s Farmer School of Business as well as a content strategy intern with University Communications and Marketing (UCM). I chose Miami not only for its highly recognized business school and beautiful campus, but because it was the one place that felt like home the moment I arrived.
Passions and Interests
In the marketing space, I gravitate towards creative roles. Content creation, design, brand communications, and storytelling are all areas where I thrive. At the same time, I enjoy strategizing and analyzing data. In past roles I have managed social media, written and edited newsletter articles, designed event flyers, and tracked growth analytics.
Outside of work and school, I spend much of my free time in the art studio, where I bring stories that are difficult to share through words into physical, visual form. When I’m not creating art, you’ll likely find me at the campus rec center or relaxing with friends having a movie night.
Campus Involvement
On campus, I’m an active member of Women in Marketing and Women’s Club Golf, and I serve as Treasurer of Miami Hope, a mental health organization. Through Women in Marketing, I had the opportunity to work with Uptown Blends as a marketing consultant, an experience that strengthened both my academic and professional growth. Beyond academics, Miami Hope and Club Golf have been key in helping me balance my mental and physical well-being.
Career Goals
After graduation, I hope to pursue a career in brand marketing or communications, with a particular interest in the sports industry. My long-term goal is to gain meaningful experience in the field before moving into either a management or consulting role.
